Sub:culture Inc. is an organization with the mission to eradicate the spiritual, cultural and socioeconomic barriers that impede university students of color through programming, education, resourcing, consultation, and collaboration with ministries, universities and the local community.  ​

Sub:culture founder Tamice Spenser approached us about helping them launch their vision. We helped them launch their organization, develop  a business and fundraising plan, develop and build their foundation board, and gave them tools to better help them manage their finances, communication and business strategy moving forward.
