Stepping into a role left vacant by a talented predecessor without the SIRIS values, Edyta brought clarity to documentation and identified value in overlooked aspects of that project. Due in part to her contribution this project lead to a project win at VA San Francisco. Since joining in June, her dedication extended beyond expectations, aiding VA staff in mastering Autodesk Build, addressing workflow challenges, and providing invaluable training to our client and project partners. Edyta's tireless efforts have significantly enhanced the VA team's utilization of the software system, earning her commendation from the client team. Edyta's organizational prowess and pivotal role in managing the construction contract have left an indelible mark. Fearlessly, he joined the SIRIS University team, contributing to best practices development with his expertise in organizing, planning, and multimedia skills. Mike's patient guidance, coupled with a calm and humorous approach to technical challenges, has been pivotal in onboarding partners and new team members. His humility and willingness to learn extended to the dynamic St. Lucia project, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to unfamiliar challenges. In recognition of exceptional leadership, Joyce is named the recipient of the 2023 SIRIS "Lead Courageously" award. Originally hired as an executive assistant in 2022, Joyce's unwavering commitment and proactive problem-solving have set her apart. No challenge is too big or small for Joyce, who consistently steps up to resolve issues with a calm and joyful demeanor. Her professionalism and kindness shine through, making her a pleasure to work with. Joyce's instrumental role in defining, coordinating, and executing Employee Welcome Packages, drafting companywide emails, completing complex government audits and managing the company invoicing reducing our accounts recievable days from over 60 days to under 30 days. Over the past year her leadership has led her from an executive assistant role to our Finance Director. She is a testament of integrity, resilience, and the transformative power of leading courageously. Congratulations, Joyce, on this well-deserved honor.
